This is probably due to the obscurity of OS/2 in a world of *nix &
WinDOS. WinDOS must always bootstrap from a primary, so it has no issue
of need to boot from a logical. OTOH, *nix, other than the limited space
for table entries in the MBR (4), makes no distinction among logicals
and primaries. OS2/eCS is the very odd man out.
