  For the text filtering component, this product
http://www.sortmonster.com/MessageSniffer/ .  Takes less than 10 mSec per
message.   There is a small false positive rate so I wouldn't block on that
alone.   It's great for combining with other message characteristics to
block the message.   The rule base updates several times per day based on
spam traps and customer-submitted misses and false positives.
