Quite likely.  If there is a problem tossing the mail (and there has been
lately, but I'm fucked if I know why), I have to do an immediate SQ32FIXP
to recover the BAD packet, then a repack, so the messages are then out of
sequential order.  They should all still arrive at TML in the same packet
though.

It could also be due to the order in which I poll.  TML first, then David,
so occasionally my replies to him are sent to TML out of sequence.  Only by
a few hours though, so the problem shouldn't normally be obvious.
