Sounds like an opportunity for somebody...   

This goes for the commercial stuff,  too.  I can still remember
encountering a package almost 20 years ago,  something with one of those
1-word package names that Lotus came out with,  I can't recall which one it
was now.  I sat there and looked through all of the literature that came
with the damn thing,  and after all of that I still had no idea what the
package DID!  And I still don't!
