Interesting. Your setup is a bit unusual I'd say. Normally the phone would alway use Wifi when availaible, IPv6 or not. But apparently you have configured it to always use the IPv6 mobile connection, even when Wifi is available.
In that case Android preferring the IPv4 only Wifi connection seems an odd choice....
