I assume you installed Warp3 on ISA hardware. In that case, 3 devices on
IRQ11, for example,
would be an IRQ conflict. On a PCI bus machine IT IS NOT! This is how the
PCI bus is designed to
work, and work it does.
Here's the tail end of the data from the PCI sniffer run on my machine:
IRQ's dedicated to PCI : 11
The ROM PCI IRQ routing table appears to be OK.
IRQ Summary: IRQs 11,14,15 are used by PCI devices
Shared IRQs: IRQ 11 is shared by 6 PCI Devices
Note the last line. It is correct, and again, this is how the PCI bus is
intended to work. Forget
about "conflicts" on the higher IRQs (because they aren't really
what you think they are). Two
(or more) devices sharing a PCI bus gateway IRQ are being good neighbors,
not combatants.
