Which just happens to get the same result from a variety of
Couriers AND NOT ONE SINGLE NON COURIER, not even a Sportster,
and doesnt even get it with a Courier with the V32terbo disabled.

In those circumstances, when we KNOW without a shadow of
doubt that V32terbo is a kludge on capability negotiation,
if you seriously think that the *one* is significant...
