Well it is a government agency John so I suppose they can change the laws of
gravity if they choose. Good point though. Sounds like I should just try to 
get
it quickly before they fool with it if possible.
I have taken 6 or so real estate tests too in different states, and the 
problem
there was never lack of knowledge. Questions are often worded screwy to goof 
up
even the most knowledgeable. Hard to flunk "multiple guess" tests though even
so.
