All USR needs to do is ask Rod to ring (at his expense) the USR
BBS at a particular date + time, and then the ball is in Rod's
court.  He has done that before with the Spirit II problem.  As
it is USR merely chanted "Oh England, my lionheart" and hoped
that all bugs would magically disappear.  Not even one millionth
the professionalism I show when asked about a MSGED problem.
