| subject: | DLL over a Network |
Hi Jonathan, [much deleted] JdBP> You design that bit. Either the names are hardwired, or you have some JdBP> way for the user to configure the pipe name (and the server name for JdBP> the clients), by using an INI file or a command-line argument, say. I am slowly coming to grips with this network thing. Peter F., has given me much the same info, and it's been tremendously helpful. Thanks! Now all I need is a network to test the thing on.... Anybody heard anything new about OS/2 peer-to-peer. :-) Chris --- Maximus/2 2.01wb* Origin: Upper Echelons BBS Calgary (403) 246-6329 (1:134/23) SEEN-BY: 12/2442 54/54 620/243 624/50 632/348 640/820 690/660 711/409 413 430 SEEN-BY: 711/807 808 809 934 942 712/353 623 713/888 800/1 @PATH: 134/23 17 3615/50 229/2 12/2442 711/409 54/54 711/808 809 934 |
