According to the author of the Silent Runners script, most (all?) of the
utilities for detecting autostart software omit various undocumented
registry entries that will actually autostart programs. The author has
discovered spyware using some of them.

If you want to try a couple of hours work, you could see if you can
autostart Notepad in the various locations documented in Silent Runners,
then see if Mike Lin's utility detects it. I would be interested to hear
the result!
