Thank you Vitus!  Works wonderfully.  (It's the second time I've seen this
information but it's the kind of thing where you say "interesting...but
why would I ever need that?" when you first see it and I'd forgotten. :-)

It's not a perfect solution, since I can't look up errors by error number,
just title (e.g. "declaration specifiers are required to declare '%N') but
it's a heck of a lot better than the existing alternatives.  Maybe I can
figure out a way of pulling this information out via a REXX program...
