     Hey that is great.  You were on the road which i am not for many
years.  And were able to have this event happen to you.  Is 2000 feet
really low for a b-17g.  I wonder if you were near an air show or
perhaps this plane was headed to an air show or taking a joy ride.  It
is very rare for people to see war planes of old, awesome planes that
really would grab your attention if one flown over you.  To bad you
didn't take a picture or recorded it on video.  But thanks for sharing
this event with us.
