If one obeys the proper rules of gunhandling it shouldn't matter if they
are walking or the safety is on.
Every gun is always loaded
Don't point it at anything you are unwilling to destroy
Keep your finger off the trigger until sites are on target
Seems like there is another one. Anyway, one has to violate two of them
for an accident to happen.
