This MAY be true. It's still highly unprofessional, not fixing
problems in your modem, which is what my point was. And it's a
far cry from working perfectly, which is what YOU were trying to
claim. At least now you're being honest. BTW, *I* don't want to
buy a USR because I want to be able to communicate with others,
including Rod's modem, so they've lost a sale because of that, so
even if what you say is what they think, it doesn't work all the
time. If they had fixed all the problems I had reported, I would
have bought one. It's as simple as that. BFN. Paul.
