Paul,

I tried your suggestion and the dvd did in fact show up in the drives 
folder, but my bootup time was extended considerably and I could no 
longer use VPC.  When I tried to run VPC it took forever to open and 
once it oppened the minute I tried to do anything it froze up. 
Eventually the window list came up and I was able to close it from 
there.  Onec I removed the parms from daniatapi all was normal.

Have you seen this when you use this method?
