RDT> I have a great concern about IBM's debugger ipmd, it hangs all the RDT> time, making it impossible to debug anything (I'm developing using the RDT> user interface classes and DB2/2). Is there any RDT> trick or patch that I RDT> should have ? I will appreciate a lot help about RDT> this matter. Thank's in RDT> advance. I've had a lot of problems with IPMD, also. One IBMer told me that if you use it in async mode with MMPM/2 installed, any time IPMD tries to beep it ends up crashing. Personally, I think IPMD needs some major work on reliability. Other than that, it's OK. What I've been doing is printing out debugging output to stdout and then redirecting it to a file. This works OK for PM programs, too. --- Maximus/2 2.01wb* Origin: OS/2 Connection {at} Mira Mesa, CA (1:202/354) SEEN-BY: 12/2442 54/54 620/243 624/50 632/348 640/820 690/660 711/409 413 430 SEEN-BY: 711/807 808 809 934 942 712/353 623 713/888 800/1 @PATH: 202/354 301 1 209/710 209 280/1 396/1 3615/50 229/2 @PATH: 12/2442 711/409 54/54 711/808 809 934 |
