All,
        I have recently acquired two Bearcat scanners, a BC-101 and a
        BC-210.  Are there any way for them to operate outside their
        assigned frequency ranges, especially for the BC-210?  I'm just
        curious since I do remember the 210 can go beyond its range a
        little bit.
