You proably have it right, there: MicroSoft-ized web pages.
I'd suggest downloading a copy of Netscape (it's uncrippled
shareware). This will probably fix everything. The genuine
Microsoft product is NOT recommended, BTW. And yes, I'm saying
that the speed isn't the problem; it's what the "terminal
program" is doing with the data that's causing confusion.
