subject: Fruit tree Spray

TB>Doris,
  >What kind of spray would be good to use
I don't know where you live so I don't know about the products
available in your area. I know of two that we use. One is Fruit Tree
Spray, by Guardian (for White Rose Nurseries)...Diazinon, by Green
Cross. Any reputable nursery has products by major chemical
companies..Wilson is another company that I am sure will have fruit
tree spray of some kind on the market. Every spring, just as things
are beginning to thaw, here in Toronto that is about mid to end of
March, your trees will have to be sprayed with a sulphur and oil
dormant spray. This spray kills any bugs that have wintered over on
your trees and they will still be inactive. This spray gets your trees
off to a good start. A nursery will give you all the help you need. I
know two that are good, White Rose and Weal and Cullen. There are
others that I am sure are every bit as good, maybe better, but these
two I have dealt with and been satisfied.
