If only you would make that last statement read, "in a number of
cases, zero tolerance in schools has been abused by those
administering it, to the detriment of good students" I think almost
anybody would buy it. As it's worded now, it's in the same category as
a statement saying that because some police officers go overboard in
carrying out their duties, all police oficers are bad and should be
kept caged.
