Methinks version 1.67 was created in 09 Aug 2003. Wasn't eCS released at
least 3 months prior? 4 months? 5 maybe?

I think Daniella really wanted the lastest version doc to be consulted
first, rather than something that could easily be obsolete. Hobbes is
