Hi Dean.. we just bought one of the same basically.. if it was bought
from a person advertising them in the trade and exchange for $30 then
is will be the same.. we have almost got a manual for it.. it is coming
from australia though.. there is a  company in Auckland who  used to sell
them.. to cut to the chase.. i believe from someone who tested them
and who didn't need a manual to get it going that they accepted  up to 
a p166 and tookup to a amd k5 133 .. hope that helps
