TA>Well, the hardware part invloves a line level convertor (similiar to an TA>RS232 adapter) and the cable. We are trying not to involve any special TA>software on the 64 end... Excuse my ignorance, but what happened to the start/stop bits in the rs232 side? And if the commodore doesnt run at exactly the same baud rate as the pc, your in big strife..
