  Whoa there -- I was not and never have been aligned with Ward.

  From the get-go, I have had a very low opinion of his royal highness,
  his bully tactics and perceived immunity from the rules and accepted
  practices --  and have said so more than once to his face.   I will
  admit to biting my tongue and/or keeping silent at times to avoid a
  negative impact on the new policy proposal.
