Hola Ramiro, IBM has just released DB2/2 V1.2, but supplies are hard to come by. I just ordered the upgrade for US$35.95 (plus shipping & handling), so it is not expensive. It is supposed to support C++ as well as C with its preprocessor. I'm afraid I don't use 4OS2, so I cannot offer any help with your other problem.
