FWIW, this is true today, but has not always been the case.  At one time,
not so long ago, the RealTek drivers would die under heavy load.  The
reason the driver is good today is because the eComStation folks have been
maintaining the code for this driver and, with a few exceptions, Viet has
squashed all the known detects.
