Nope, the crucial difference is the cash that flows to you thru the
pyramid structure, and the cash that flows to your from the direct sales.
THATs the difference. In this scam, as you can see from the example he
gave, $700 per month is VASTLY more than you would be saving from the
discount on your own phone bills. And THATs why its an illegal pyramid
marketing scheme. And why all the details are being kept so hush hush.
Coz they are flouting the law and dont want to get shafted for doing so.

Problem is that the LAW doesnt see it like that. Because otherwise ANY
pyramid scheme can be made legal by the most minuscule OTHER source of
income. Its just the usual silly stuff and doesnt change the legality.
Just like the other utterly bogus ploy of changing the name, 'see, we
dont call it a pyramid scheme, only those are illegal'. A complete fraud.
