William, you do not have to worry about this.  Kit is wrong in his 
assertions, pure and simple.  Please call Disney yourself at the 800 number I 
posted a few days ago.  They will confirm for you that you are in no way 
violating *any* law by giving your tapes to your nephews.  You can be at 
peace.

Again, let me confirm for you.  You did absolutely nothing wrong.  Even 
selling them to someone would be fine.  Just call that 800 number and they 
will confirm this for you in a heartbeat.
