I think you live in the Jimboomba/Beaudesert area, don't you?  You won't
get much cheaper rent than in your own area, but if you're expanding your
TV repair business, you might consider Canungra.  Close to the GC, cheap
rent, and right next door to the Army Jungle Training Camp, where they all
have VCRs and high disposable incomes.  Just a thought.
