First of all, congrats on the award.

But why do feel you need time to study Janis' work?

All you have to do is give the head's up to Ward: "Hey, Ward.. make it  
so."

All Janis needs are the FTP login particulars.  That's Ward's task.

If there is a problem with the pages, Janis can work on them.

There will be plenty of eyes watching for any issues.  In the meantime you  
can keep your eyes on your priorities.
