It is there. I am not sure whether or not the copy of hypterterminal
that is distributed with XP includes internet access, but if not --
then the version that does is a free upgrade.
I do a considerable amount of rearrangement on my start menu, but I
can find it under accessories -> communications.
I also have a shortcut in a desktop folder that points to it.
It is the program I use to connect with internet BBSes, although
telnet in a DOS window works as well.
