It's a power thing not a good/bad thing. Was Stalin a "good man" to develop
& possess nukes & the means to deliver them? Was Mao Zedong?
All this "good / bad" is simply bollox put out to confuse the
weak minded.. "Can we stop them because if we can then we can always
threaten them where they can't threaten us" is the reality but
politico's don't like to put it like that to the general public coz they
like to see white hats & black hats.

Why indeed? Why not? Heck why did they suddenly admit to kidnapping Japs?

He's a military Dictator but he's one of "ours" so he must be OK right?
Just out of interest if a right wing born again christian type were to
become pres of the USA would the Islamic countries be correct in assuming
that the US nuclear forces were an extreme threat?

Bull to your Bull. Al-Qaeda is an Arab Sunni threat to Iran. The Persians
should be both Arabized & made to become sunni.

You reckon? We shall see but I'm reckoning in 2004 it will still be in
recovery mode & that's if deflation can be avoided.

Presidents who preside over crap economies get blamed.
