After reading your and other posts I checked the copyright laws
and found that the only way that you could violate the copyright
law is when you copy a tape or film or is you show the film for
commerical use like in a theator. It does not say anything about
reselling products or films. If that was the case then just about
everthing that is sold would be illegal.
Disney gets the royalities from the original sale if it is
purchased retail. After that it is just like any other sale of a
product.
I al also in sales and I buy and sell all the time. At this time
I do not have a retail store location but in the summer I am at
many fairs and other types of shows. I register with each state
that I well in and sales taxes are collected and deposited in the
proper accounts to be sent to the state governments.
