Read your U.S. Constitution.  There's proof enough.
Try this.  Find a copy of the U.S. Constitution.  There's probably a
library in Oklahoma that still has a copy.  I doubt that you'll find
it in any public school anymore.  It's too "messy" to deal with
there.  Besides we wouldn't want any young skulls of mush
understanding the limited powers allocated to government.
Read the powers the Constitution authorizes to the government.
Here's a hint:  if it ain't in that document, then the government
isn't allowed to do it.  I know.  I know.  That's radical.  Clinton
even said it was a radical document, but that's the way the Founding
Fathers intended it.  Freedom and personal responsibility are
radical concepts to a socialist or a fascist.
