In the U.K. we are looking towards the years 2000 or 2001 and there's
going to be some radical changes. Headquarters have been canvassing the
members as to what they think should happen, and we have had forms sent
out to Section Leaders, Leadership teams (apart from section leaders),
and the Patrol Leaders Councils to find their views, and any suggestions
as to which way to go for the future.
