There's absolutely no way for any of us to answer that question based on
the information you provided. First of all, every ISP or USENET provider
has a different name for its server. That's the name that you need to
put in the server ID box of your news reader. You should your ISP's tech
support or USENET admin. what that server is.
If you're connecting to your own ISP's news server, chances are you
don't have to have a user name and password, but if you're on a pay news
feed, you probably were assigned one. You'll need to put that in too and
tell the news reader to use it when it attempts to log in.
