DD> Does Rod Speed ring the USR BBS? I have done, yes. DD> How would they reproduce his problem if he didn't? Shit these NZers are fucking thick. They could for example, when Bill had reported a problem with the ATY11 curve going bananas when a Courier was replaced by a Rockwell chipset modem tried that themselves and see if they get that effect too, and ask for more specifics if they didnt. Instead they play ostriches instead. I in fact did just that with the Spirit problem, called their BBS, gave them full details on when the call was etc so they could check the logs etc, demonstrating the double send problem, and they just deleted the message, put their head in the sand and hoped it would go away. USR is in some ways even worse, most obviously on that discrepancy in the ATY11 curve, because its so easy for them to test themselves. @EOT: ---* Origin: afswlw rjfilepwq (3:711/934.2) SEEN-BY: 711/934 @PATH: 711/934 |
