well no, you're just new that's all..

'it' tells you so? the program? to be more accurate format tells you it
has formatted everything it was designed to format... format doesn't
touch anything outside of the logical drive - like say the master boot
record... and there are mbr infectors... formatting will not get rid of
all viruses (which is fortunate - formatting creates more work than is
necessary for a viral recovery)...
... video games, ha! yoyos have more of a danger element to them...
