Nope. It's still buffered. The call to DOSREAD won't return unless it
encounters a newline, or the buffer fills. Doesn't matter how many
characters you ask for in the call, e.g.
DosRead(0,&Buffer,1,&Count);, you still have to wait.
I'd rather just return with one character. You know, like,...
Press any key to continue.
