I think Todd is taller. Might have it backwards, though.

Also, a few posts ago someone brought up that Springfield could be in
Canada. I have to disagree. In a fairly recent episode, Burns takes away
the workers' prescription plan, and Homer and and Grandpa go to Canada to
get the drugs.
Later, Burns flys the "Spruce Goose" to get drugs for Smithers.

Theres a great line where Flanders says "They said the devil would be
good looking." He's referring to a guy he meets in Canada who looks
like Flanders, only the Flanders clone offers a marijuana cigarette.
