I think it's better than trying to scrap policy altogether for a new
one.  That may happen eventually, the way we are going about it. ;-)

I wonder if this is the core of what R50/52/54 are thinking (as reported
by Alex), that they feel "disinfranhized" by language difference, making
them feel ignored or powerless.

translating.  I might suggest you have your finished draft proof-
read by someone else with knowledge of both languages, in case you

We (English speaking sysops) do tend to assume our's as the "world's
tongue".  I know this is true for many areas of (international) business
and deplomacy, but not always true for the common populace.  I do
believe that one day it will become the international language.  ;-)
