I have seen estimates that there are now between 50 and 60 million home
computer users. I suggest the majority of us purchase a computer for it
to work (viz. word processing, accounting, communicating, digital
photoing, etc.) for us; not for us to work for it.

FIDO echos have been a place for communicating since the getgo.
Many of us are here to learn from those more knowledgeable such
