 Mine is not caused by food allergies.  I do have some which include
 pork, but I just don't eat it.  Mine is caused from just not eating
 properly at times.  I do take vitamins and drink plenty of water and
 orange juice to combat my stupidity.

 It would be wonderful if things were just that simple.
