Don't know.  Wasn't it on one of those DAP CD's?  Don't have one,
so I can't tell ya for sure, but I believe there were some examples.

I think it was Steve Mastrianni who wrote that tome.  Don't recall
the title, but it was probably something catchy like, "Writing Device
Drivers For OS/2".   Check your local computer bookstore.
