    Greetings Robert,

They do sort of look like rockets (smallish beam you know). I saw one
dry docked over the winter and it does have a keel :^) Sort of a squarish
fin raked back. They also have inboards - don't know if you'd like that
too much . I don't know what year these things are, but even though
they didn't look new, they seemed to be in pretty good shape. Sorry I
can't tell you more - if I get my hands on any spec sheets, I'll fax you
one. Maybe I'll bring some west coast boat listings for you guys to drool
on. There are some great yachts just south of the border... how would you
like to own a Swan 38 for under a $100K? :^) There are Tartans, Cals, C&C
53's, Passports, Tayanas, Ohlson 40's, all sorts of boats you only see
pictures of in magazines or hear about. I'll tell ya, this business of
boat shopping is not easy, I'm actually starting to get disillusioned and
wonder if I'll ever get my boat! Yikes, just the other day I was even
thinking of picking up any ol' 28' just 'cause it wouldn't be such a major
decision! I'll be off to the Sidney boat show on Vancouver Island later
this month, and I figure if I don't find one there, then I'll head south to
Seattle and buy one of the above mentioned :^).
--------------------
RR> Don't forget to call if your in the city...
---
I'll do that. Actually, I'm planning to be at the National Friday
night (Apr 19) for dinner and beer. I'm only in town for a few days so
it's the only time I'll have to be social. Boy do I miss the club, I've
even got the pre-launch jitters! Maybe I'll see ya there if you're around.
     Cheers,
             Augustin~~~===
