even reformatting won't remove it..
what you NEED is a clean boot disk with an av tool on it to identify the
affected objects... then either replace them from known clean backups
(yes even the mbr) or use that av tool to remove them... the first
method is more secure but the second is usually more convenient for
people since they don't keep adequate backups...
mcafee SHOULD be able to remove this virus if you boot from a clean boot
disk that has mcafee on it... don't know about pc cillin and i've never
heard of av toolkit (though i have heard of anti-viral toolkit pro - aka
avp - which should definitely be able to remove the virus)...
... Bill Gates wants YOU... ok, maybe just your money...
