Thank you for understanding :)  We had this problem long ago when Modems
and phone lines cost us a lot of  $$ and disk space..Now that those issues
are not so bad we still have other issues :)  The bottom line is that
people do not want duplicate files across many FDNs on their systems :) 
Some people pay for bandwidth, and it's a pain for them, just like those
Long Distance telephone calls.
