At this point I've given up on getting this installation to work.:)  I'll 
see if Tom does any better with Mandrake.   :)

196 megs been scanned in depth with two different programs.

This is a older box - AMDK6/400, 196 megs ram, zip drive, cdrw drive, 
floppy and a 4 gig HD devoted to Lx alone - no dual boot.n

I didn't do that as I didn't know exactly what to do. :)  I skipped that 
part figuring 196 megs should at least get it up and running?
