And two other which I also used when setting up a w2k box a couple
years ago:

    * Center for Internet Security:
http://www.cisecurity.org/bench_win2000.html
    * NSA: http://nsa1.www.conxion.com/win2k/
    * NIST: http://csrc.nist.gov/itsec/

I don't have much recollection of the details. That was my first
experience doing anything with w2k, so lots of reading and learning was
going on. It was an effort, and well worth it.

That system is primarily used by my pre-teen daughters. They each have
their own logins and I can tell them, "you can't really break
anything." It's worked out really great. They don't have access control
to do anything damaging; in fact I had to go to some trouble to create
extra features for my non-admin login for things like command prompt
access.
